Counsel Naser Hisham Muhyealdeen holds Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & Economics), Bachelor of Science in Law and Juris Doctors in Law from Irivine University School of Law, is fluent in English and Arabic-speaking International Lawyer who provides outstanding legal, litigation, and arbitration services in the region.<\/p>\n

For more than nineteen (19) years in the legal profession, he has litigated more than two hundred (200) International Arbitration Cases against well-renowned developers and business entities in the GCC region with an outstanding client satisfaction rating of 98%. Counsel Muhyealdeen has also supervised and attended over 500 mediation cases in the Dubai Courts Mediation Centre. As a legal representative of high net worth individuals, businessmen from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, GCC, Europe and Asia. Currently, acting as a private counsel to members of the royal families and private investors from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kingdom of Bahrain and UAE.<\/p>\n

Counsel Muhyealdeen is the consortium leader for the \u201cMavashier Real estate development\u201d project in Izmir, Turkey. This real estate project is valued at over 150 million US dollars. The consortium included investors from Europe, KSA and the UAE. Between 2010 and 2012, Counsel Muhyealdeen structured the entire JV and contracts to oversee the success of the project which generated over 45 million US dollars in profits to the consortium.<\/p>\n

Represented Al Sharif Mousa Aljidi and family in the land dispute with partners in Saudi Arabia, where the dispute amount was over 850 million Saudi Riyals. Counsel Muhyealdeen acted as the family negotiator to settle the dispute in Saudi Arabia with government formed committee and the partners of the Aljidi family.<\/p>\n

He has also worked in the following institutions: Associate and Legal Consultant to various law firms in London; Legal Advisor with the illustrious and prominent personality throughout the Arab region; Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Partner of Emirates Fortune Group; Legal and Investment Advisor to high network individuals for major Saudi businessmen; Advisor to the Iraqi Businessmen Council (Dubai); Advisor to the Turkish Businessmen Council (Dubai); and has concluded and supervised two major development transactions valued at 100,000,000 US dollars with the Turkish Prime Minister Investment Support Agency and Saudi partnership, has created joint ventures in major construction and real estate development projects worth over 300 million USD, assisted major developers in contract drafting with major contractors in Turkey and GCC region, currently representing large companies from the GCC, Middle East, Asia & Europe.<\/p>\n

Counsel Muhyealdeen has also recently signed an MOU with the Armed Forces of the UAE represented by Major General Mr. Ishaq Saleh Mohamed Albaloushi, the MOU was signed by Mr. Azel Mazhar and Major General of the armed forces to represent members of the armed forces in legal matters, either in the UAE or in the international law disputes.<\/p>\n

The Law offices has handled well over 5,000 cases within the last 18 years, and has resolved over 5 billion AED of disputes in the region.<\/p>\n

Counsel Muhyealdeen structured projects related to renewable energy, solar and green energy through Lotus technology and GMCS. The most recent joint venture completed by Counsel Muhyealdeen , is to represent Almaden MENA one of the largest energy solar park developers in China and solar panel manufacturers and a company traded on the stock market of China , to expand its operations with the help of Counsel Muhyealdeen into the GCC and Middle East . With the help of Counsel Muhyealdeen, Almaden MENA has signed well over 800 Megawatt solar parks In the region. Once completed , this is equivalent to 800 million US dollars worth of assets. Also, Almaden has expanded its operations in Egypt and Turkey.<\/p>\n

He is currently a member of the International Bar Association<\/a>, Associate member of the Dubai International Arbitration Center and member of DIFC Court. His journey in the legal profession does not end at the above mentioned experience; he is continuously expanding his knowledge through seminar, conference and continuing education,<\/p>\n
